My experience at New Leaf is always nothing short of fantastic. The staff is very friendly and always helpful and their customer service is the best of any vapor shop I've ever been to. They make their own brand of liquid that is high quality and good tasting at a very fair price. They have a great selection and already always willing to give advice or help.

This is my new favorite vape shop!!! Amazing customer service (Austin is fantastic), very reasonable prices, warm and welcoming ambiance, and a wonderful selection of juice. I'm sorry I didn't get the name of the person who helped me, it was right at opening on Veteran's day, but anyway he was VERY helpful. I wanted to move up to something better from an eGo-T vape pen I'd been using for a long time now. The difference between the pen and what he recommended (a voopoo) was like night and day. He took the time to explain everything to me, and after I paid for it, he offered to help me set it up so it would be ready for me to use which I greatly appreciated. Overall, an excellent experience, I will be a repeat customer who won't hesitate to recommend this place to others.

Great atmosphere with an Eastern inspired, minimalistic design and friendly, laid back staff. Good variety in brands and pricing on juice. Some equipment sold but main focus is juice. They use the typical ego battery w/ ce4 tank and disposable tip set up for testing flavors. Equipment kept in clean and good shape so flavor of juice is still authentic enough to trust sampling of flavors. All the flavors I tried were spot on in their strength, consistency, and flavor. Lots of complex flavors, and they're all nicely categorized by the type of flavor preference they aim to please. Cute fabric bags add a sweet touch to purchasing here. Entire experience was like a personal treat. :-)

They are the best.. If you have any issues they will take care of it with no problem. I accidentally dropped my vape out of my pocket, and did not realize it.. and then it got run over... (by a forklift) and without any hesitations, they replaced my tank and atomizer for me. By far the best customer service I have encountered for this type of business. It will be the only place That I frequent for any vapor needs! 5 stars all around!

Such a nice and very relaxed place. Staff is very knowledgeable about what they have in store. They make going there a pleasure and something I look forward to every month. Much better place to visit than some local head shops that act like there customers are bothering them. I will be loyal customer of there's for a long time to come. Keep up the great work.

I always get EVERYTHING from this guys, but today I went over to exchange 2 juices and they dont do that anymore, they "lower the price of the juices " and dont exchange them. I'm ok with that , but I will be better.or.nice to tell the customer , that they dont so that when they buy juice, specially , 2 MF juices. I will make sure I let all people know that go to my restaurant, because is not cool , to just not say anything .
