Lotus Vape & Smoke Shop - Fort Myers (Unit 138)

So I went to this shop yesterday on the recommendations of some friends of mine. I bought a vape pen and some CBD oil. Went home happy. All good. Was going to give them a great review.

I get home. Wait the requisite amount of time for the oil to disperse and went to take a hit.

Nothing. I went on YouTube and read instructions to see if it was user error. No. It wasn’t. Something is wrong with the connections. So I said I’ll take it back and they’ll either fix it or replace it. Right? That’s how customer service and when you buy defective products work, right?

Nope. Not here.

Literally 24 hours later I stop in after work. Bring it in. Employee works with it, puts it on charger, attempts to smoke it.

It’s obviously not working.

So he then tells me I have to return it to the manufacturer for them to handle.

What? So I bought something from you and I have to return it to a different place? How does that make sense!!!!!

I packed it up and left.

So. That’s the return policy for those who don’t know.

Always have the best experience going there, they staff is always friendly and nice. Also know there products very well... my favorite place to go!!

Thank you for your prompt attention and service today. I hope the product stands up to the price. A little steep in comparison. I felt welcome and not pressured or demonized for not having a “mask” on me. CDC says they are ineffective. You guys rock!

Cool new store. Didnt know much about Kratom. They educated me about the stuff and gave me an awesome price and they have the best brands. My boyfriend got a water pipe as well. I am one happy gal!

The staff was great and their selection is off the chain. Armando and Jack were on top of my questions in an instant and quick to help me make the best decision best on my preference and more importantly my budget. They didn't try to upsell me once I made it clear how much I was trying to spend and I always appreciate that. There's a time and place for the perpetual salespitch but when the staff put that aside in order to accommodate the customer, I really appreciate that. tons of inventory and selection here, especially kratom (my purpose for visiting). the kratom I bought was a little on the expensive side but that's okay with me. it was quality product

I’ve been going to a particular smoke shop for about a year religiously but after my experience with lotus I will never be back to my old smoke shop. The owner and his son made me feel very welcomed. They have the biggest variety of things I’ve ever seen in a smoke shop and their prices cannot be beat. If possible I would rate them 10 stars!

I went in to lotus with minimal information on vape products as I’m new to the community Logan, Bailey, Armando, were beyond informative, patient, and made my experience the best I’ve had at any smoke/vape shop ever! 10 out of 10 recommended! Ask for any of these three when you come in and you’ll have the best experience and information possible!

I have been to several vape shop in Ft. Myers and none of them compare to Lotus Vape & Smoke Shop, they have a wide selection of merchandise that I could not find at other shops. The owner and his son were friendly and the customer service was great considering the fact that they were still having construction done in the store and had not officially opened. The owners son helped me pick out the perfect medipen and I could not be happier! This place will definitely be my go to place!
