Great staff Kyle and Steven are my favorites! I know the other peoples names but the real movers and shakers here are Kyle and Steven but you never seen them scheduled together which has lead me to believe they might be the same person....either buy local and get ready to experience the dynamic duo Steven and Kyle are, or possibly the same person Iām still not sure but will update as soon as I find out

Can I rate 2 for Attitude & 5 for prices?
They at least let you have what you like and look at all their stock without being rude. But once you're a customer, prolly a 4 star treatment. Once a loyal customer...you get a 2 star treatment like you're putting them out to buy something or ask questions.

Excellent service & the best prices! Product selection is amazing! I didn't know exactly what I wanted as far as vape juice, being new to vaping & Mike is the Man because he figured out what type of juice I liked by just a few Q & A's. He is there almost everytime I go in & makes my visit pleasant. Thanks Mike, you're a great guy!

I've been coming to this shop since it opened and it's by far the best smoke shop in the area as far as Im concerned. Great products I always feel welcome. Not to mention everyone that works there is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. My favorite is Kyle the super hooot one.

The guys that work there R THE BEST. They will, with pleasure, help you out with ANY/ALL issues that you may have.
Going into their shop(s) makes you feel like you are in your best friends house. Very relaxing atmosphere & NO PRESSURE BUYING AT ALL. They will give you the TRUE facts on all items and assist you in picking what is best for you, in your situation and within your means ($$).
I would recommend everyone to this store that is looking for the above qualities. Their stock is tremendous and full of all quality items. If they don't have it "In Stock" chances are that they can order it for you.

That one guy with the short hair and beard always has some attitude with me. Every time I walk in he doesn't greet me. I ask him questions and he always has some attitude when he answers me and the one guy with the pony tail is a nice guy but this one guy thats been working there for a long time always makes me leaving feeling angry. Like I should've been rude back. Who's the owner? Id like to talk to him. I can't even shop when he's there anymore. He gets me that upset.

went in to purchase an 18mm female to 14mm male adapter that i had been told was in stock by a different employee when i called a few days ago.
Upon entering the store, the employee wasn't wearing a mask and didn't put one on after we entered.
Thats not my issue though. My problem is i asked the associate on shift for the adapter i called about a few days prior. He instantly dismissed us and told us he doesn't have it in stock. We start a conversation about heady glass and ask to see a calmbo piece that was stickered at 3k. He then proceeded to tell us that we couldn't pick it up unless we showed him our bank statement. We are very serious glass art collectors and have been to many different glass galleries and events and have never once been treated like we can't afford something we are interested in seeing. Heritage smoke shop, you almost sold a 3k piece tonight but due to the utter disrespect and rudeness we received from your sales associate, we will be looking for a new piece for our collection from somewhere else. So sad that your employee couldn't have basic respect.
