Cloud 9 is one of the worst shops I have ever been in. Two of my friends and I went in there to see their vape selection and my friend bought a vape. Once we got back to the room and tried to use it, it did not work. We went back the very next day and they would not exchange or return the useless vape. “All sales are final” this just shows you the shop is not about their customers, they are all about getting the money from customers. I have read a review on Facebook saying that has happened to someone before and they would not return their vape when it did not work. I have also read reviews on google and the owner responds very rude comments back to their customers. Very rude employees and do not suggest you spending your money here.

Where I’m from (Columbus,Ohio) Cloud 9 is an actual business, with hours and great service. You have a sign that says “Will return at 5p.m.” signed, Mgt. But after taking my kids to RaceCity and returning at your suggested schedule, the only thing I found was that you returned to crudely edit the sign to say 6p.m. Terrible. You’re doing the Cloud 9 brand a real disservice.

Cloud9 has a wide selection of glass pipes, the best on the beach. Not to mention tapestries, apparel and defense weapons. Always has new merch in stock, so I’m always looking forward to the next visit!
