He had readjusted the pricing to match competitors prices (way overpriced before), he spent time looking for what I wanted, understood what I was referring to, and was friendly throughout the entire transaction. First off - glass quality is awful. Crooked pieces. Mark downs. Basically the tj maxx of pipe shops.
Secondly - waited 15 minutes and not even a "hey guys be right with you." Not a good business practice.
