Super nice, knowledgeable staff and welcoming environment! When my partner and I stopped by they gave us free stuff including a hat and a vape battery. Definitely coming back here whenever I'm in need of some herb here in Salida. 10/10

Their prices are great but go in knowing their menu and what you want! Their bud-tenders won’t go out of their way to help you find any specials or extra deals to help you save some extra cash. They also won’t honor those specials once you’ve paid either so make sure you come prepared.

This is my partner and I’s favorite shop, it’s the best go-to with options from flower to concentrate. We’ve worked with a lot of the budtenders and are always impressed, comfortable, and leave with the best deal for what we need. They also run specials we love taking advantage of! Whether your a local or tourist it’s a great stop.

Hours online have been wrong twice now in six months I've pulled up and online it says open to find a closed sign and locked door. Best prices in town adn selection, slim hours.

Amazing selection and very knowledgeable staff. The entire crew is so welcoming and I've had great conversations with Billy. He has an innate ability to connect with customers and seems to love what he does. The care and pride this group takes in their craft is admirable and refreshing. All I can say otherwise is keep up the great work!

This place is full of good vibes and great customer service! From the moment you walk in, you feel like you’re visiting friends who want the best for you and your purchase. Billy was the employee who helped me and made sure I didn’t leave the store without 100% satisfaction, not to mention his great taste in music which is a great way to bond with a customer. Overall, the products are truly immaculate, the store was pristine along with every employee’s attitude and care. Thank you Nature’s Medicine! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM! Never going back here. Their ATM machine stopped working and the blonde woman employee was watching as it started to crash and slowly spit out a few twenties. I was short almost $100 and obviously not happy. Instead of helping me they became very rude and then decided to call the police. I was doing nothing wrong and just asking them to help me out and figure out what to do. Very poor customer service and these people don't deserve to work in this industry. Avoid this place unless you want to get ripped off and have the police called on you to boot. They called the police on me because the machine malfunctioned. They knew well it was not my fault and they should have offered some type of assistance. Instead she said if I raise my voice again she will call the cops. And right after I said that was crazy and they needed to help me they called the police without even having a conversation with me. The Salida police were very nice by the way and thought that they were out of line calling them due their ATM not giving me the correct money. I still haven't got my money back either. Natures Medicine, shame on you!
