Nice dispensary, with seemingly good product, but the customer service was absolutely TERRIBLE! Both of the girls working there were extremely rude, and unhelpful. I won’t be returning, and will let my family and friends know that they shouldn’t go here either. I expected a much better atmosphere, but unfortunately did not find it here. I ended up going to the dispensary right next to them, and had a much better experience.

Thank you. I am redoing my review. This store had the best 420. Helpful staff and good selection. Clones were healthy. Fun place to visit on 420 with prizes! So, if you are anywhere between Durango and Pagosa, please check this place out.

Only place in town could find seeds. Bought packet of 6 for $60. $10.00 per seed. Got 5 seeds. $12 per seed. Seeds look immature as well. No refunds, not returns. Will update if the seeds actually pan out, but not holding breath. General prices at this store are also the highest in town. Will not shop here again.

This was my first time visiting San Juan Strains and let me just say 1. A freaking cute dog greeted me when I walked in. (Ummm score) 2. The girl was super friendly and chill that helped me and not over bearing which I was afraid of because I hate that. 3. Overall I'm super happy with my purchases and i got in and out with no problems and a smile on my face. :) I highly recommend this place!
