I have been purchasing the Natural CBD oil for my dog, for the last 3 years. The product is great! My dog has arthritis in one leg due to a past injury and it has helped him a lot. Less limping and he seems more calm as well. My major concern, is their customer service. I haven’t had a problem with them until recently. I made a purchase on 2/25 for another 2 oz bottle of CBD oil, their main product. As of today, 3/25/21 I have not received my product or a clear answer on when I will. I have called them over 10 times, sent a message via their website, and went into the store physically after no answers to my calls/messages. I was told in the store last week, that the product was delayed due to the weather in Texas? And the weather in Colorado? I am so frustrated they have no anticipated date to send me the oil and that they have had such poor communication during the whole process. No email communication and no calling me back. I know I am not the only one experiencing this issue, I have a friend waiting on oil that I suggested she buy. I feel terrible she is also out $90 with nothing to show for it. I have referred so many friends and family to Natures Best, I wish they would answer their phone to provide updates OR send an email to someone waiting for their products with an update.

It is true, the pain cream is amazing which is why I have been a loyal customer for a long time. Unfortunately, something has gone terribly wrong with the company. Placed an order back in April/May 2021 and never received it. Multiple emails and phone calls have been made with no response. No longer able to login to my account either. It's as if the company has closed yet the website is still up and running to taking orders. Just trying to help others not lose their money

I can’t believe this company. Especially the owner Rick Roos. I ordered the pain cream back in April. They Immediately charged my account. Most companies don’t charge you until order ships. After about a month I started trying to get in touch with the company. After many days and multiple emails and phone calls Rick finally picked up a call. He gave me multiple excuses about why it was taking so long, covid, Texas pipeline the weather. He promised my order would ship out within the week. That was back in May. It is now the end of July and still no order or refund. Again I started calling and texting. Rick answered a couple of my texts and again started making excuses. He then tried to say there was No transaction even though I have the order confirmation and Credit card charge in hand. He promised an immediate refund. That was over a week ago and I have seen nothing. I have purchased this product in the past at the local farmers market and have always been very pleased with how it worked. But dealing with Rick and his con artist ways have been nothing less than frustrating.

What's going on Natures Best????? Because I've purchased from you in the past I recommended you. I've recently come to learn neither person who ordered from you have received their products, with the earliest order being March 2021. If you're having issues, you should explain instead of ignoring the people who have paid you for items not received. They've sent messages and called without results. Do the right thing and contact all these folks waiting for their products and explain if there is a problem. If they want a refund instead of waiting further, then REFUND them instead of being thieves!!!!

I placed my order end of May. No product yet. Countless voice mail messages and when I finally got to talk to someone it has been one excuse after another. They are quick to take money out of your account but not to notify anyone about what's going on with my order! I will never order from here again! And I still haven't received my order and it 6-30-21

I ordered in mid-April, it's almost the end of May--no product. No communication. I left voicemail, sent email, went to the store...NOTHING. After a few weeks of calling everyday, I finally got someone on the phone making excuses about their supplier and how they will be sending goodie bags, etc. This is the excuse I get every time I call (twice a week for the past two weeks).
If they had any concern for the customer, THEY would be the ones to call, email and apologize. In a nutshell--DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!

The pain cream works. Full stop. This is my go to for hard workouts. I use icy hot for the less strenuous times. I can't speak to all the negative comments regarding the website customer experience, but I went to their store in Littleton and had a great experience.

Not sure what is happening... Currently they have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Ordered online 3 months ago, and item is on backorder. Wish i would have known, because i would not have ordered. Tried to call and email and message. Hard to ever get any response. Then, when I did get a response the girl who answered was VERY RUDE. I visited the store to see if I could get some information, and even though their store hours are posted as 8-5. there is a paper sign hanging on the window saying they are closed due to inventory issues and hope to open later... ?? Later today? Later this week? Later this month? Later this year?? Do they NOT want any customers? HIRE SOME HELP!!!!!

This makes me so sad, because they do have an excellent product when you can get ahold of it.

I'm having the same issues. I ordered products
in May and you are right they took my money and that's it!! No response from them after four or five emails and phone calls to them.. I leave messages but no one calls back. Im out over $100.00. Are the open!!?? Unhappy in Colorado Springs!!
