I purchased some cartridges a few months ago none of them did not work. I went back and let them know about the problem and they stated that they were aware of the problem. They told me if I kept the receipt they would make it right. Who keeps the receipt that long. DO NOT buy those cartridges!!! I bought a couple of disposable cartridges, they worked great. I figured they would a least give me a discount to make it right, but not even that.

Smaller store and kinda off the beaten path but it was later in the day and they were the only one open in the town. Scanned ID's and my friend was informed that he wasn't going to be able to enter because his ID had expired. The employee was apologetic about it but that's the rules. They were closing soon so just told him what I was wanting. Topical muscle rub for pain along with an edible and concentrates that were good for pain relief. What he recommended have worked well especially the pain stick that is convenient to use because it's packaged like an antiperspirant so it's easily applied directly to the area of pain.

My normal go to for the last few years, but was there a few weeks ago and a budtender made a simple mistake that was caught and fixed and the two managers on duty got angry and belated and embarrassed the employee in front of customers. Highly unprofessional to the point that I won't be back. I was embarrassed for the employee.. lack of flower choices is also an issue.
