Couldn't help but come here 2 days in a row for some truly wonderful products and very impressive service. The employees were very thorough and knowledgeable about their items and I was certainly not disappointed with my purchases! The entire process from walking in to walking out was fun, stress-free and fast. I would recommend Altitude Organic to anybody without hesitation.

I understand that everybody has a bad day, but there was a female employee who was so unfriendly and incredibly rude to my parents. My dad asked a question about a specific product and she said, “I already explained that to you.” My dad has bad hearing and with a mask on, it’s hard to hear. My mom, the sweetest angel ever, was also treated so poorly. Again, I understand you can have a bad day but seriously, when a person is trying to buy a something, why the hell would you be rude to them? We are absolutely not going back. Good luck, I hope you have a better experience than us.

I really enjoyed this community oriented place. They clearly care about the customer's experience. Brandon was very helpful and let us sniff all the flowers we desired. The customers and employees laughed together and we all shared a fun, communal experience choosing our buds and accessories.

So far the best dispensary we have been to in Colorado so far! Kelsey was very knowledgeable about the products and helped us get exactly what we needed. They were staffed with enough people so that you didn't have to wait in some crazy line which was a definite plus! We will definitely be coming back!

The woman that works there is very rude. Short, overweight, black hair. I don’t know what’s wrong with her, but she has zero customer service. The other worker seemed very nice and willing to help. She yells at you if you have one foot over the yellow line haha smh. They need to fire her or fix her attitude. Avoid her at all cost.

Forcing performative theatre social differencing masks, again. Pretty whack that even when they lifted the masks we couldn't smell flower. Prices are already expensive without the ATM fees. Frequently the bud tenders would tip themselves without asking on card purchases.
I'm a local, and frequented this buisness often. Taking my money elsewhere for a variety of reasons.
