Extremely rude and offensive... I don't see how long can you stay in business if you keep employees like this... Product and store arrangement and square footage great customer service will make you declare bankruptcy 🔮🧐💯 I mean these boys here are stupid they try to act like they know everything and GOD ALMIGHTY please don't ask any questions because all of them are Chemistry majors minor in douchebag... I will NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN... they ain't using weed here I tell you that I never seen people your boys hate customers and their jobs so much...

I had the best time shopping at Altitude during my trip to Keystone! The staff were so frienddly and knowledgable in the products they carry, the quality of which is top notch as well. 10/10 would recommend to all for their rec and med cannabis needs!

This store really has their stuff together!! Kelly was fantastic, giving so many recommendations for flower, tools and pre rolls! I will definitely make this a stop again when I’m in town! They have a map where you drop a pin where you’re from, just a great place to shop! 5 stars! Thanks Kelly!

Danni and Kelly ROCK on the med side. Had another person make a mistake, these 2 ladies went out of their way to fix the problem. They did GREAT when it comes to customer service, which is huge to me. Especially as a med patient with 4 qualifying conditions.
I may switch them to my member store if they keep this up. Close and convenient, the product is great (The Silver Mountain is my fave thus far) for the price, and it works for my ailments, most importantly.
Definitely ask for Danni or Kelly, they will take great care of you and will go way out of their way to do so.

I visited tonight for the first time. And they came highly recommended from a local waiting in the lobby when I was. Hes review was accurate. Great meds. Awesome people. Fair prices. Nick who assisted me was absolutely fabulous. Very knowledgeable on all my questions. Raved about how great the bud is. I've been in the industry for almost a decade. This is the best organic bud I've had so far. Im thrilled I found another shop to call home. Very clean. Large. Great artwork. Multiple counters available. And excellent customer service. All the gentlemen were nice and quite helpful.

Absolutely terrible customer service, condescending, rude with short and snappy "answers". Feeling the need to correct you over a negligible confirmation that didn't quite translate. Clearly some insecurities going on..
I don't know what this guy's problem was but there's too many dispensaries in this state for these people to act like you can't shop around for better service, and much better quality/prices.
We came in there with our stoke on max and left feeling like we were responsible for their bad day (or bad life for that matter).
Avoid at all cost and use Weedmaps to shop around.

Very poor quality flower. Incredibly dry, much like rocks. Would not go back as two different strains I purchased are like little flower pebbles. Also believe I may have been shorted in amount. Granted, I made the naïve mistake of not paying attention to what was being weighed.

We had a great experience here. We had gone to roots the day before and the staff was rude, when we walked in altitude we were greeted with smiles and laughs. The gentleman who helped us was very knowledge. We will be back again.
