DONT BUY ANYTHING WITH CASH AT THIS STORE. USE YOUR CREDIT CARD. MY E-NAIL ($279) WAS DEFECTIVE. REPLACED THE ITEM ON TWO OCCASIONS. ON THE THIRD TRY I JUST WANTED A REFUND BUT THEY WOULDN'T GIVE IT TO ME. THEY TESTED THE E-NAIL AND SAW THAT IT WAS DEFECTIVE BUT STATED THEY HAD TO SPEAK WITH MANAGEMENT IN ORDER TO SEE IF I COULD GET A REFUND. $279 ISN'T ANYTHING TO SNEEZE AT SO I CONTACTED MY CC COMPANY, THEN EXPLAINED THE SITUATION AND BOOM- FULL REFUND.
IF THIS WAS A CASH TRANSACTION THEN I WOULD HAVE BEEN SCREWED. DONT USE CASH BECAUSE THEY WON'T HONOR A REFUND ON A DEFECTIVE ITEM.

THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE DATE WAS 7.12.16 BUT YOU EXCHANGED THE FIRST DEFECTIVE UNIT ON 07.15.16. I CAME INTO YOUR STORE ON 8.13.16 WHICH IS WITHIN THE 30 DAY PERIOD ON THE UNIT YOU GAVE ME ON THE 15TH OF JULY. ANYHOW, FOR YOU TO SAY THAT I WAS ONE DAY OUTSIDE THE 30 DAY WINDOW IS DISINGENUOUS AND SHOWS A LACK OF RESPECT FOR MY HARD EARNED MONEY. THE UNIT WAS DEFECTIVE, POINT BLANK. IF YOU ACTUALLY CARED ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS RETURNING, YOU WOULD HAVE TAKEN CARE OF IT, INSTEAD OF GIVING ME SOME CORPORATE LINE ABOUT GETTING BACK TO ME. YOU ARE A HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER.
