We are new customers to QOD from their competitors up the street after They did us dirty with the cartridges leaking and not honoring their customers..like..seriously. QOD on our 1st purchase noticed a cartridge not full as soon as we opened it. Called and got totally love in return.compared to our last experience with up the street ppl.
