I placed an order, was charged for two orders, never received one and returned the other. I've contacted them several times, with no results. I have nothing to show for the $350+ that they have kept from me and refuse to refund. Consider that - they've kept my money and made no effort to do what they should. There are other, better options. Do not use this company as their honesty is in serious question.

Placed an order with My Natural CBD received an order confirmation number in an email said I would receive another email when purchased item was being sent never receive that email. The item has been paid for money has been withdrawn from my account for the item I ordered 2 days later I call there customer service number they tell me they have no info or history of my purchase and tell me to email them witch I’ve I already done with no response at all. Just want what I ordered or my money back. So beware of this company seems that I’m out over 50 dollars with nothing to show for it.

I can't recommend doing business with this company! When I made my initial purchase I was told it would ship within 2 days and I would recieve it in 3-5 days. I was strung along for almost 2 weeks with no shipping info of my order. I contacted them twice in the first week and was told twice it would ship within a few days. I called for a 3rd time this week and asked for a refund and I was told to wait another week for it to ship. After a continual attempt by the rep to keep waiting for my shipment I had to get stern, I refused and demanded a refund. The cust. service rep was pushy and rude and after finally cancelling my order and processing my refund I was abruptly hung up on. BAD C.S. and poor business practices!!! I'll have to wait and see if I actually get my money back. If not I'll call my credit card company. Do yourself a favor and pass this company up when shopping!!!

Went through 3 bottles of this stuff (1500 mg/per bottle) and sadly but true the stuff didn't do anything for me. I was in a accident and thought I'd run my own experiment and see what just CBD would do for me because of the anxiety, lack of sleep, pain, and loss of appetite for 3 weeks while in rehab. Without the THC component nothing happened. If I had neurological damage in my body I wouldn't know if I had received any benefit. THC component gives you the sleep, anxiety relief, appetite, and puts pain on the back burner. I think a lot of people are having a placebo affect from this stuff thinking it will be beneficial. In my case nothing happened. Nothing at all . . . all for a stiff price when makes me really wonder about truth in advertising.
