Been coming for a few weeks since it open had great experiences. Came in today and was approached by the manager who did not say her name, she told me that my card didn't not go through last time I was there. I always pay cash didn't even know they took card. I pointed at the 2 registers I have paid at and she said let me go check real quick. After waiting for 10 min the cashier came and said I can ring you up now. I asked what happen he said he didn't know and that I was good to go now. The manager didn't even have the courtesy of coming out to apologize or let me know it was a mistake on their end. So now I wonder are their employees maybe double charging people maybe by turning on the card machines to do tap when you put your wallet near them and also taking the cash? To be a new business and not having managers the know how to run a business and accusing people of stuff and not having the humility of coming out and apologizing for their mistakes is going to make them lose business might have to go back to Abistani they actually care about their costumes
