Nice large selection of products but one of the 2 men working , i think possibly the owner? Shaved head. Very rude and pushy after asking a few questions and finding out that i would not be purchasing the product of intrest tonight, told be to "be along on my way" basically telling me to leave. Regardless if i live right down the street or not given my experience i now dont care if i have to drive 20 min out of my way, i will not be back and they just lost a $300 sale this Friday

Way too expensive for every single thing Staff is way too UPTIGHT, but they do have a great selection of items

I came here bought 3 pieces. 2 our of 3 broken when I got to my room on San Mateo. ..Came back next day to exchange which usually isn't. A problem. Bit for some reason wazzeem was accusing me of breaking it. When clearly anyone can tell I did not. I'm honest anyways. I hv broken thousands never tried to return something I broke. For him to make acusations and clearly refusing to exchage such a small amount petty Item for $20 bucks.2 bongs at $20 each. I've spent thousands never. Been treated like this here b4.. 2 loose a good lifetime customer that used to refer anyone and everyone, spreadin the word to everyone that .. bad vibes too expensive , bad quality damaged merchanise being sold,pretends its a deal,selling brokenones thinking u got a bargain but really got broken. Blaming ucustomer. They do bad service no gaurantee , busting customers balls selling me damaged blaming me the damaged merchandise they wrapped in two piece's of thin as napkins. & the pipe ibought they used like 6 feet worth looked like a super burrito to. Wrap.my Lil pipe but not the glass fragile bong. No bubble wrap on any carellessly ust lazziness unexceptable not the Lil tempermental, fragile,breakable $20 bubbler I got burned for by wazzeem. Saying it's my fault. Says I should hv checked it b4 purchasing an b 4 the guy wraps it in bubble wrap.. which mind u!!!# was not in bubble wrap. Then check it again he says to me.when I leave store to see if damaged . Kinda of a lot if checking for high prices limited guarantee on all products in this no warranty store.Being ran by wazeen.

Mohammed would never talk or treat a loyal valued life long customer like me and half of redwood city I know and will b spreading word an looking for a New place to refer do to this inconsiderate ,neglect ,or cosideration in the matter. Updated I went back when Muhammad was there and you took care of me like always the other guy was harassing me Waseem the Mohammad Karimi no problem I've been going to Vibes forever they opened up my Muhammad's is always take care of me I recommend when you go there ask for Muhammad is good guy never sold me a product is not working or never exchange something in return without a problem make sure you ask for Muhammad only smoke shop I go to his vibes I recommend asking for Muhammad get good service

I don't know why all the bad reviews. Just don't go there for piercings and you should be fine. They had a great selection of pipes, torches, and papers. Staff was relatively knowledgeable. Just know what you want and you'll be fine

This place was fine - the guy who pierced my and my friend's ears used sterile tools (it was a needle not a piercing gun) and was all business (read as not super friendly but knew what he was doing). Their selection of piercing earrings sucked: they only had studs that were cheap looking. However each pair was in their own packaging so at least they were sterile. He didn't go over care and maintenance before we left so we had to Google it (it had been a long time since we got out other piercings)

Please if you come to this place for Kratom Brian up the fact that this store is charging way too much, for what costs them maybe $15 at most they are charging you 43.86 out the door. When I brought the fact up that I get “in my town” of Manteca,Ca that I get 150 capsules for $25 all they could say was people pay this price and don’t complain. Well I hope they do begin to complain there are no regulations in order to control this problem. Kratom gets me through my day it’s helped with depression,pain and , addictions to opiates some people need this to help them some people just like the feeling but this store is ROBBING you!

I went for a belly button piercing. It seems fine 1 day after. The experience was lacking, the guy who did it didn't even introduce himself which was a little cold. To be fair, he did a good job, so I got what I paid for, though $20 something for the jewelry seemed high.

Got my half back done here in 2008. Was visiting from Canada. Was just looking inside the shop. Talked to an artist there and told her what I was looking for. She drew it up that night and the next day I was under the needle. Took at total of about 9 hours, 6 1/2 the first sitting and just under 3 for the second. And for the cost of it, I couldn't get anything like it back home. The artist and I both had a passion for music and chatted about that for most of our time, among other things. The girl working the counter was an Edmonton Oilers fan. The funny thing is, that is where I'm from. Great experience I had.

Went here to get FOUR LINES! Literally four lines drawn in a parallelogram shape. They traced it on me and three other friends and they all came out completely different, yet equally terrible. The guys were also hitting on us the whole time. Super unprofessional and made fun of us of us because this was our first tattoo. Vibes is the perfect name for this s%*T show because it looks like a vibrating dildo did our tattoo after railing six lines of Coke in a Denny's bathroom. In short would not recommend.

Went there tonight to get a labret piercing and received very professional, polite, and fast service. The guy doing the piercing was extremely cool and made sure I was satisfied. I will definitely be going back there!! There was a sign saying they do tattoos....wonder if I can get some ink there 😁
