Went in to grab a quick cartridge. After telling the tender what I wanted, he said I needed to go stand in another line in order to pay and get my product. No problem...only one person in line...cool. after standing behind this person for about 5 minutes and seeing all the issue he was having checking out my frustrations grew, and so did the line behind me. Finally they settled and leave and I walk up to the counter to check out. He asks my name and says sorry, the person standing in line behind you is first. a little confused, I move out of line so the person behind me can be helped before me. When he calls me back to the window I simply tell him that what he just did was completely rude and disrespectful. Is this not a first come first serve line? then he starts trying to say “thats not how we do thing here”. So I said, fine goodbye and walked out empty handed and gave my money to a more polite shop.
