It is a great place I said there was a severe chronic pain I can get with the THC or without them to use I personally I like to tease it relaxes me and takes away my pain my sleep do people's really nice there is more than five to help you and friendly and gifts all the time most the time you ask tell him you don't have a pipe and you don't get a little bit of money don't give you a pie you're an awesome place

A budtender named Justin decided to become aggressive and threw a tantrum when he's manager told him something. He slammed my product on the counter and dropped my items on the ground started throwing my product back on the counter. Never had an unpleasant transaction until this justin dude took my order. Poor customer service, but excellent deals. Hopefully I get another Budtender to help next time.

They don't honor there coupon's. They have shopper magazines, white sheets, etc you can find at most gas stations. Anyway they didn't honor coupon earlier today and said it was a misprint. This wasn't first time they did this.

The store also supposed to have specials if you spend a certain type of money, usually $50, $100, $200 for free stuff like lighters, paper, water pipes, etc. But I Everytime I mentioned to them that I spent a certain amount of money, where is my free gift ?They are supposedly out.

I know some people think it's cool to have a dispensary and it does have good hours. But what I noticed that they are a little pricey (up to $60-70 for an eighth) and some of there product is straight trash(I understand that a lot of dispensary might not always great stuff) but there house flower (not good at all) and deals on Ounces are a straight joke. I asked for an ounce one time, and they tried to give me half bud, half shake. And the shake was not even the good, it was straight trim that you use for cooking.

I know this place has a good location for the area it's at, but they rush you in and out. I feel like I'm at a flea market. And there bud tenders just recommend over priced stuff and whatever they feel like showing you, when they have a pretty big selection. You need to go in this store with a plan or idea what you want because these people want you in and out as fast as possible with as much as your cash.

You can go to other dispensaries and get way better deals and not feel like you are rushed. People who actually appreciate your business.
And for the last thing I want to say about this store, is that they are making money hand over fist, they should honor there fliers and ads. Instead of not appreciating there customer's. I don't like the vibe, feels like the flea market of dispensaries and over priced. I just feel bad that a lot of people don't know better and think this there only option or that they have deals that they will never mention. If I going to the store and want to spend hard earned cash, just treat customers better. I can spend $20 on a meal somewhere and people will treat you nice. Spend a $100 here in 5 minutes people act you are a nobody and holding up the line.

I've never had a bad experience in THC . CREW members are nice polite n knowledgeable. Sales are great can't see going anywhere else IF THE DELIVERY WAS AVAILABLE I would be all over that

Since there's no new ownership the pricing is a lot better in the selection is greater on everything

All the staff is always friendly upbeat and outgoing and very helpful and very attentive and the prices are great I love shopping at the store

Been coming here for awhile now.Always had good results. Past 6 month I can't seem to get good moist flowers.Usally dry. Was given small crumble dry flowers. They were hardly manicured. Stims with leaf branches with no flower. Husband is disabled, has to depend on their honesty.!!!
