Went in and had a lot of questions about the products and both ladies were really helpful! It's a little overwhelming but there are so many items from balms to gummies to things to smoke, chap stick, oil.... bought a gift so I can't speak to any particular product (except the chap stick which I like but wasn't amaaaazing) but the store and experience were great!

We have been a customer to the West Hollywood location for over a year, so we decided to try the new location on Vermont which at this point, we aren't even sure we will be going to either location. We purchased CBD Pet Tincture and the price we paid was $38.33. We walked out, got in the car and noticed the sticker said $30. We checked the receipt and Alicia (as marked on the receipt), charged us $35 + tax. We went back in the store to show her the mistake and she said her system says $35, she just hasn't gotten around to fix the prices on the boxes. We decided to take further measures to call the main location in West Hollywood to get more information on why we were charged more. The manager at the West Hollywood location was rude. We explained what happened and that we went in the store to try to resolve the problem, but she wasn't helpful. She told us that they aren't a big company so they make their own price labels so she called it a "human error." We repeatedly told her that she shouldn't be overcharging customers, and she repeatedly said it's not their fault. She told us if the product was to expensive then we should just return the item. We even told her it's illegal to over charge from their sticker price. She continuously over talked and insisted she was right. She said she wasn't going to argue and then just hung up. No customer should be treated this way. We took every step and now have reported the business to the Los Angeles County Agricultural Commissioner/ Weights & Measures under California code BPC § 12024.2 violation.
