The staff here is the best. They are very informative, and patient. There is a lot of space, so if the parking lot is full don't worry, there's enough staff to take care of everyone, and enough space to where you would feel cramped while inside.

I'm so sad to write this review cause so far Herbarium and I were having a great relationship .. but I was really really upset last Friday Dec 24th when I got to their parking lot at 4:50 (10 minutes before closing) and the security guard just waved at me saying No, we are closed....
