I was having trouble with my vape pen--the battery; fully charged but wouldn't work. This isn't the first time this has happened with any of the brands. I called the store and I believe I spoke with Blane. I was upset, and he was very communicative and patient with me. Can't say I'm happy with the pen products, but the staff at Haven Belmont are polite and efficient. I appreciate and thank you for your help, Blane.

I’ve been here maybe 3 times.. I went again last night and remember why I don’t come here. The prices are insane, especially compared to some other great dispensaries in the area. Every time I’ve been here it’s as if it’s a chore to the employees to help me. (Though The girl at the front was awesome!)After I check in, no one greeted me, just stared at me, and the guy waited for me to greet him ……. He then proceeded to ask me what I was looking for, I told him, he showed me the case and then just stared at me while I was trying to figure out what to get. No suggestions, no help, nothing. I tried to crack a joke he stared blankly at me. I bought two of the cheapest 8ths and somehow walked out spending $75.. math doesn’t add up. Sadly feeling as if I’m bothering the employees has happened to me all of the times I’ve been here, as if I’m interrupting their day.
That will be the last time I stray from THe Lyft which is a couple blocks away. Do yourself a favor and go there instead. Staff is awesome, product knowledge is great and prices are as well!
