Carissa was such a knowledgeable and helpful budtender. She helped us find some really good strains. Valerie gave a super warm welcome and the security guard was helpful. Great deals and really good prices.

One of the nicer havens I’ve been to might make it my regular spot. All the employees are extremely knowledgeable and take there time to explain all the products and there best uses. There variety is also insane a little bit for everyone. Special thanks to Kia and the tall dude at the counter I had a bunch of questions regarding there batteries and point system and they were extremely helpful and able to answer all of my questions.

Always such a wonderful time going to Haven in Belmont. Kii at the front desk was so warm and welcoming! Then Christian at the counter was a delight, asking if I’ve tried certain products before and made sure I found the right products for me. This Haven is my favorite dispensary in all of Long Beach. They always have such positive vibes and friendly employees who know their products and seem to enjoy working there. Thank you!!!

Kia is by far one of my favorite employees at this store! I have always had amazing time whenever she’s working! Other people are in it for the money.. but she genuinely cares for the customer! I will forever come back to this store if she is working!

Willy was super helpful! He kindly helped me out as someone who hasn't smoked in a while and someone looking for vegan edibles. I truly appreciated his patience! He was well-versed in the Dr. Norms products and even gave me a quick background story on their beginnings. Such a gem and this place is lucky to have him! Everyone here is very kind and I love the vibe.

Came in this morning and had excellent customer service! I couldn’t be more pleased. From the security guard, to Kii at the front desk, to Aubree who served me and the manager (who’s name starts with an A, So sorry it’s not coming to me) everyone was delightful. Great staff, great bud, Great way to start the morning!

Kia made it a great experience for me. She was honest, and straight up, which I can appreciate 😇.

Do not go to this dispensary, it is not worth your time. They are always out of stock on different items, so it's not a guarantee that you'll find what you're looking for. I've also experienced times where the security guard wouldn't let me in around ten minutes early. Don't they close at 10? Why is arriving at 9:45-50 a problem? Plus, they don't treat they're employees well. The black employees have dropped like flies since I started going there, which is upsetting to see as a black customer. I am officially over this location. Unless you are willing to take whatever they have, get okay service, and shop in an environment that doesn't reflect Long Beach (lack of diversity), then I'd suggest supporting a different dispensary chain. These issues have been similar at other locations.

Robert is the best! Literally I’m lost every time I come in but he’s super helpful and always points me in the right direction. The shop is always super stocked up with the newest stuff and definitely one of the better priced shops in the city!

Jessica has a unique talent. She is a maryjane medium. She always knows the best strain for us and always Nails it! Her friendliness and courtesy is consistent every time! You have a wonderful staff at this location? That’s why we come here we drive an extra couple of miles just to go to this place good vibes every time.
