Was told that $70 plus concentrate was kept in the freezer and was given to me at room temp and they were about to give me another high priced rosin out of the display case. I'm a buyer and I require our live rosins to be put in the freezer upon delivery. The fact that the budtender told me it came out of a freezer then told it was ok to pull a display gram of rosin and sell it at full price to a customer is absurd. She also argued that it did come out of the freezer and another employee confirmed it definitely didnt. There are also tons of flower on display that are just not available. Just a lackluster experience in general stick to deliveries in Chico if you can help it. I ran a better dispensary out of my apartment.
