Solid dispensary, but...if you give them your number they'll spam text you literally every day(from different numbers).

Usually good but they have issues with promo deals. This is the third time their site has falsely advertised something and expected customer to add more to their order. Instead forcing their customers to purchase more after the fact, gain better loyalty with your customers so they don't feel like your getting over on them.

They have great products and good prices/ deals.
Sadly their website has been having glitches and not working for over 2 months now and I have lost hope of getting in touch with them after writing over a dozen emails, calling, texting AND contacting customer support on their website and not getting a single response.
Itβs too bad they limit themselves I would love to continue ordering from them as I have done for the past two yearsβ¦ :(
Ps. I love your products overall but I side note for other customers reading the reviews. Watch out on some deals Iβve ordered βbogoβ deals before (buy one get one) and they seem to always give you (one and then a half not buy βoneβ then get βoneβ) they do this often with cartridges and sometimes but rarely with concentrates.
Update: the website has been updated but still had the same issues and does not accept delivery even 5-10 minutes away range. So delivery is still not possible nothing has changed. (April 5th 2022)

Dark Karma was a disappointment. Higher priced pit isn't necessarily the best pot. Great customer service though and good delivery times. I wish their delivery times extended for the people who work 9-5 pm like me; at least until 8pm.

Upon speaking with the budtender it seemed he had little knowledge of what was offered. I Asked for recommendations and he just listed the first thing he saw and did not follow up with any more info abut the strain. Also made multiple mistakes with my order that made me stay longer than expected, and did not seem at all interested in what I wanted. Prices werenβt bad but the service left much to be desired.
