Visiting hot springs and walked in, walked out less than 1 minute later. While in there a customer who was wearing a dress had left. The costumer happened to be a man. The employee behind the counter proceeded to say how he wishes the customer never came in the store and now seeing a man in a dress makes him want to grab a gun. That kind of violence is absolutely atrocious no matter who you are. Especially since the customer in the dress was extremely kind. I don’t know if this was the owner or just an employee but I was completely appalled.

Have tried other state hemp company's CBD edibles and creams but must communicate that Hot Springs is the best quality so far. With osteoarthritis affecting most of my joints both the edible and cream take the majority of the discomfort away. I place an order every time my bottle of edibles get close to being empty. Had the opportunity to stop in yesterday (Sunday 8/22/21) around mid-day. Lovely shop with many interesting items. Even saw several items, I'd have liked to purchase. However, I did not stay long because of the very rude and dismissive individual who was behind the counter. It is never necessary to treat people as if they are bothering you. It is especially ill-advised behavior in a retail setting. Just saying....

My husband and I both use the Pure hemp CBD extract roll on and the 10% Emu Oil for different aches and pains. This stuff WORKS!!! I highly recommend this stuff. You can buy in the store in Hot Springs or online.
