My favorite local smoke and glass shop in town thus far. High quality & range of products. Keeps up with trends, constantly adding inventory and always open to suggestions. Owner and staff are very knowledgeable of what they have to offer and great at making recommendations when you need it. Also can’t forget the affordable prices 🤑

Originally bought a water pipe with a percolator for $175.00 at this store. The associate was very dismissive and kept persistently disregarding the type of pipe I was interested in. Within a week of owning this pipe the percolator broke inside of the setup. It wasn’t dropped or handled harshly, and because of the construction it cannot be taken out or repaired. I originally posted my review on their Facebook page highlighting the points that in my experience their products are cheap, their prices are high and they don’t listen to their customers. I was approached on messenger by the store inquiring about when I bought the pipe, when it broke, if I tried to take it back to the store (which I replied no because it had resin in it and due to it being broken it cannot be properly cleaned) then was told I quote “Without knowing that it can be taken care of, you left us a bad review! We don’t think that’s smart” I asked how it could’ve been taken care of. I quote “Unfortunately, it’s too late to take care of it now. If your piece was broken before you reach home,, you would have given a full refund ... the only thing we can do is give you %15 off your next purchase.”
First I would like to know how it wasn’t smart to leave an honest review about my experience and the product I bought at this store. I was under the impression that’s what the concept of reviews were.
Second I said in my review that I will not be returning to this store, and which they acknowledged in the messaging exchange. So I’m curious as to how a discount on my next purchase does anything. Which obviously it doesn’t and mentioned in my reply that the whole exchange from the coupon to the fact that I clearly stated it didn’t get broken on the travel home highlighted the point in my review that they don’t listen to their customers.
I went to post this conversation on their Facebook for potential customers and found my REVIEW WAS REMOVED. Yes they had it removed simply because it was honest. It’s clear this business doesn’t want transparency for their customers or honest reviews unless they are positive. I left a second review with screenshots of the messenger conversation under the post but who knows if they will keep it posted.

TL ; DR : This store has cheap products, inflated prices, dismissive staff, and will remove any negative experiences / comments to better their image if possible.

Another greedy small company charging inflated prices on pipes that they paid Pennies on months if not years ago sick of the greed sick of the artificial inflation sick of small business owners who only care about profits zero Stars they're not worthy of one keep robbing people that are poor keep stealing from people while you take advantage of a situation Cloud 9 you're on cloud nine all right with all the ripping off of people you're doing

By far the best glass shop in town. I love how friendly everyone is and they have really good prices! They always have new stuff for me to add to my collection. 10/10 Highly Recommend!

I stay close by, so I visit Cloud 9 quite often. The employees are always helpful & courteous. If they don't have a product that you are looking for, they often suggest a substitute, which is less expensive & same or better quality.
They have all kinds of lighters, disposeable/refillable, pipes, water pipes, rolling papers, cigarettes, cigars, wraps, n miscellaneous items.

I went and got totally ignored. I waited my turn (15 mins) while she was dealing with a customer being indecisive. Finally she got done and another customer came in I’m assuming friends with the white lady that was working and she basically overlooked me and started talking with her friend and started serving her instead of me. How “professional”. smh

Hands down the MOST AMAZING smoke shop I have ever been too. GREAT customer service and even better products. Definitely a place EVERY smoker need to go see. I be on cloud 9 fr fr

I will never shop this store again I bought 150 dollar portable electronic dab machine within 2 hours it started saying there was a problem with the atomizer put it down came back the next day it was working again worked for about 6 hours and stopped saying the same thing when I opened it it fell apart completely the center threads fell into my hands when I brought it down 48 hours after purchase they told me if it was within 24 hours they could of replaced. Offered me a nectar collector instead when I opened it up in my car in front of his shop it was already broken!!! Yes he finally took back the battery which was completely fine bet he resells it but the the atomizer which was broken and I wanted to exchange I was told I was out of 80. And that was only after I went in a second time mad that every item I recieved from him was broken

Great store. Looks so nice. Cloud 9 better than the smoke shops in Houston no cap. Great employees. I just moved here I’m definitely coming back.
