my last visit which will be my last visit it was totally different. It used to be a cute little friendly Lounge to go and try new flavors and people really welcoming. My last I felt kind of ridiculed for asking about cheaper vapes juice because it seemed to go up by an amazing amount of money and they didn't carry the products that they used to carry and the sizes. When I asked about the smaller handcrafted type bottles that they used to have I felt like I got treated to a lecture on why I should buy the big bottles and not question their brand choice or why they had gone up in price so much. The time before that that I had gone in and asked about their Vapor CBD I asked if I could try it as one time I had talked to somebody there on the phone when I was first researching CBD and they said that I could come in and ask to have a sample there at the store this is before Covid changed everything. So I went in and I asked if I could try it and the young lady there looked at me like I had sprouted 1/3 head I left there feeling like such an a******. I don't like to order stuff online that can be affected by this heat. I thought about calling them and asking if they carried any organic products but I just don't want to deal with any sort of attitude so I'll figure something else out .unfortunate cuz they're right down the street from me

I have been coming here for months and really enjoy the store. The staff is friendly and welcoming to enthusiasts. The juice selection is constantly stocked with new flavors for the customer to sample and enjoy. When I first started modding, their staff helped me take a step in the right direction. The staff will also assist you with the know how on how to make coils for your RDA. I recommend all my friends to this store for all their vapor needs.

My initial experience was pretty positive. I went back yesterday though, and it was pretty bad. The lady who helped me seemed kind of annoyed that I was there. I stopped in really quick to get some juice and could not believe the lack of customer service. I still made the purchase, but I don't know if I will be going back with that kind of service.

Went here, thinking we found a new smoke shop we love, nice people, cool environment. But the product they sold me for $50 turned out to be a counterfeit.. the device also didn't have a serial number on it (for warranty) I had no idea I was ripped off until the next day when i reached out with a spokesperson for the company of the said product, they advised me that my product was a fake. An now this small smoke shop cant help me, because I found them out... nice. So if you go here do your research on the product you plan on purchasing. I know I should've. Thank you to the people of Grenco science for helping find out about this problem.

Lost sale. I had a last minute urge to buy the puffco pro. $429 sale not including the extras. I called 5 mins till there closing and explained im across the street. Be there in 5 min. Well I showed up and guess the dude changed his mind. So off to Sky High I go. Just wanted to share cuz I've bought quite a bit from this shop already. Just figure the boss would love to know they could've had one more cash sale for the night.

The Magic Smoke & Vap Shop actually fits its name. I was there with my service companion dog, Buster Bear, and each member of the team came out to meet and greet Buster Bear. That in itself made stop worthwhile. The selection, style and design of this small shop was perfect. If you are in the area and have any smoke or vap needs, you have to visit the Magic Smoke & Vap Shop because I can say that you will not be disappointed!
