Very happy with my new set up! I went in not knowing very little about the world of vaping, but knew I wanted to quit smoking cigarettes. They were super nice and patient helping me find something that I like. I didn't want something too crazy but also wanted a quality product. I've been to a couple other local places leading up to my purchase with red star, and the customer service is much better here. They also seem to have better prices and than the other places I've looked into.

David and Cas are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. David helped me get my first Aegis Boost Plus today. Another Aegis to add to my collection and im loving it! The best selection of juices compared to any vape shop in town, and the best service. The house juices they have are better than any premium juice I've tried. Their iMix juices and bases also saved me a ton of money, and made it easy to mix flavors to create one that fit my tastes. David is super friendly and definitely knows his stuff.

The manager is super! Great customer service. He even once gave me some Gushers from his lunch. Yes the super cool fruit snacks with a goey center. I love Red Star and can totally tell they invest in their people. Always the bests with a smile. Will be as loyal customer for as long as vape. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I have been to multiple locations and the house juice is better than most hi end stuff. The customer service is always great at any red star location. The price is the icing on the cake great prices on everything mods juice tanks batteries. I recommend anyone that vapes gives red star a try.

The guys at this shop (David and Jake) are flippin fantastic. Everytime we go there they treat us like first time customers. They know EXACTLY what my husband and I both want when we come in and know their stuff. I recently bought the Lux mod and o have got to say it is the BEST mod I have own in a while.
