Over Memorial day weekend I was cleaning my vaporizer and acedently pulled the coil out, and didn't have a new one. I called River Mist and spoke with Brittany and told her what I had done. She told me that they were out of that particular burner, and did not expect getting any in until Wednesday. She then told me that they had one extra and she would hold it for me. I drove over there right then and she gave it to me at no charge. I was so happy that I bought a 100 ml of their own brand River Mist Strawberry Cheese Cake Vap juice, which is delicious by the way, and went about my weekend. Thank you so much Brittany, you went beyond the call of duty and I appreciate what you did for me!
