They are consistently out of tobacco and rolling papers. They should know by now what items are popular and make sure they keep their orders online to what tge customers want. After a few years of consistently having to struggle with stretching my tobacco and papers to cover their periods of not having any in stock, I'm now going the online route of getting my fix and will not enter the store again. This has been a complaint of mine for years and they obviously do not care about their customers.

Love these guys!! They do whatever is within their abilities to make their clients happy. I walk in, ask for something, pay then walk out... but that's not all. Their staff is mostly related to the owners and they are just as friendly!! The owners and their staff will gladly take the time needed to explain things to their customers in detail, so you always know what you are getting.

Just so y’all know, they go off utah time not Arizona! So if ya show up at 7 Arizona time they will be closed!

Bought a rechargeable EZEE stick and it didn't work out of the box, they told us sorry not gonna do anything to make it right but they would "give us a deal" to buy another? Not happy with service definitely would not recommend and definitely won't be going back

Awesome vape shop! Ask for Nolan for the good deals
