Anthem Smoke and Vape

This was recommended from a friend of mine. They are very helpful have a huge selection and make their own brand of a period their brand is made of completely natural substances without all the crap in it I would definitely recommend this place. They have good extra deals if you ask for them and reasonable prices

I absolutely love this place and the guys that run it! It doesn't matter what kind of stupid question I have I can call them up at any time and they will be more than happy to help me out, I'm very new to vaping and they are some of the most down-to-earth people I've ever met! Very quick to answer my questions they don't try to upsell me on anything that I don't need or push me into ant purchase. They are by far my most favorite smoke shop in AZ!!!!! I would give them 20 Stars if I could !!!!

I'm sure this place is great for all of your vape/glass needs but as far as my experience as gone it's not very great for the pipe smokers (tobacco).
I've been in on 4 different occasions. Two times the staff were nice and welcoming, after not having my type of tobacco they said they would order it in. Have yet to see it. The other two times I've been in, I've been greeted by a gentlemen with the black beard. When I ask for my certain brand he says he does not have it and just walks off. Same when I ask for a pipe tool. Looks at me like I'm a peasant until finally showing me one. I don't know what's worse, the bad service from the one guy or the lying from the nice guy. As I said before I bet this is the place to be for glass/vape/cigarettes however I'd recommend else where for pipe smokers, seems like we're treated like bottom of the barrel folks.

Always sells dud puff bars and when you come back in after you haven’t even left the parking lot yet with the bar that is already blinking they say “that’s your problem”. My service will be at the anthem shop and so should others. Many told me about them and I thought I’d give them a chance but that was a mistake. If I could do a zero star I would. Don’t go here.

DO NOT go to this smoke shop unless you want to lose your money. They sell products that don’t work and have a no “return or exchange” policy. Still don’t understand how they are legally allowed to do that. Just love wasting $10 on something that is broken.

The main guy who works here (which I think is the owner) is very cool. Everything tobacco or smoking related is priced very reasonable. Huge selection of smoking utensils, pipes/bongs, some clothing and lots of cool nic-nacs! Everytime I'm in Anthem I stop and buy my smokes here. #cheapciggs

Do not buy coils here! Pretty sure they're knock offs. Been multiple times for Freemax meshes, and various coils for my Smok Prince. Within a day or two they're burned and have accumulated gunk. Never happened before that quick on either of my tanks, so I went to liquid vape, the old shop I used to frequent. My coils from liquid are still going strong after 6 days. Also overpriced as hell.

This place is a rip off! I just laughed when he sold me a$6 battery for $16. I really wanted to go somewhere else, but my back was killing me! It’s ok, last time they will rip me off.

Owner or manager shows Prejudice towards minorities although he is also a minority. This is unfortunately very common. However I was accused of using someone else's card just for wanting to make a credit purchase instead of debit. Would have been far more professional had he just asked for an ID. I'm offended and will not return he's in the right Community for his prejudice but

Usually pretty chill but now they selling products that aren’t completely filled and then emphasize their no return policy. That’s bad business in my opinion so I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
