I will always and forever shop at raspberry roots. Kim the original owner lived across the street from my parents and was also previously a teacher at the high-school I graduated from. She's very sweet and I only support her ak business!

I called them just now about how our puppy just ripped my brothers shirt and made a big hole that not even I can hand sew without making it look like scar face. That wouldn’t be a problem, however we got it last year when we were vacationing and we live in Ohio. They went over and above and will definitely make my brothers birthday with helping me out!!! Honestly the best customer service I have ever had. Like with anything. I highly appreciate you guys and know it will make his birthday. Thank you x1000 times over.

If you ever want to be a budtender here and thats it. Dont think your gonna last more than a year. If you dont wanna do what thay want you to do, they will just fire you. There is plenty of budtender. I made 15 a hr plus tips (100+ a day) also won best budtender of the year thru press pics alaska. Fired for "rumors" its a high school here. Also managers are making 14-15 a hr. No wonders i didnt wanna be a manager lol. But no, they make there money and thats it. Dont go here, employee or customer!!!!!

I usually buy the Canamo cartridges, good product at a good price. On top of that, the staff is awesome, 6 stars to them! Unfortunately, this is the second time I have recieved a vape cartridge that is just over half way full. There was a small drop of oil that leaked out of the bottom of the cartridge into the rubber cap, but there was nothing on the inside of the package. I reccomend clear packaging to help avoid this in the future.

Overall a very positive and great experience which has allowed Raspberry Roots win countless local awards for best customer service, products, and overall best dispensary in Anchorage. The check-in staff and budtenders help you throughout the whole process and a large selection of product, especially great CBD products.

Working here is difficult seeing as you don't assign any parking for us employees... they expect us to park off site and figure our way there and back to our car every day, every shift, over and over. (posted from a friends google so no repercussions)

This place is really professional and the workers are extremely knowledgeable and nice. They offer a student discount which is pretty unique for a dispensary. They have good deals all the time too. They frequently update their online supply and make it easy to place online orders.
