Took top off of bottle to fill vape up in my car and juice poured into my lap, thankfully I had paper towels handy. Went back in to tell employees and dude takes the bottle, tries to open it, spills more, and gets the stuck tip out and puts on bottle and hands it to me. I said, "ya know it sucks I just spent $30 on this bottle of juice and this much is gone already." Dude says, "I'm sorry there's nothing we can do to replace juice like this." Like???? You could've just used it on the juice bar and gave me a new bottle. Horrible customer service. Was gonna just message them on FB instead of writing negative review, but the same guy who gave me bad service seems to be running the FB page since he's the one always posting on there. I used to love this place, but you should treat your customers well especially when they are returning customers that help keep you afloat. I'll just go to Athens location, this one sucks. Idk what happened to the people that worked there before, but the people now aren't very friendly.

Great place for any vaping needs. They are very helpful and very nice. They've always got a sale going on or at least good prices on the products they have. You don't see anything you like ask them and they'll find something good for you. Or just ask questions about what you like.

I travel alot and see alot of vape stores but I rarely see ones with the selection they have.
It's nice ya know? So many options and tanks that date back to the begining of vaping. Delta products are solid and there's a giant variety. The bearded gentleman in very classy attire helped me with several decisions while maintaining a very pleasant conversation. It was hard to leave the place honestly. There clearance is also unbeatable. I truly will be coming back next time im in the area. Keep doing what you guys are doing!
