I would highly recommend avoiding this company. They are unwilling to work with you if they sell you a bad or undesirable product. I had one of the workers recommend a bottle of juice that ended up having no flavor in the mixture. Their response was, no refund, no store credit, not even a slight discount on a new bottle of juice. Instead they wanted me to purchase more products. The entire point of going to a local store is for convenience and customer service. The store does not provide either.

They also have weekly and daily specials. Especially between 3 & 5 pm

Pretty good staff. Helpful and knowledgeable. The only thing that I can say is that I wish they would staff a few more people during those busier days. I've never seen more than two people working at a time, and assisting a customer can take anywhere from 1 minute to 30 minutes, it more. I've had to wait 30 minutes to get help before, and then when I finally got help, I was feeling rushed.
Still, I can't knock them. They're good at what they do and try their hardest.

Man I never write reviews for any reason, but lemme tell ya, I couldn't be happier with this place. When it comes to vaping i had no idea what i was doing. Kenny behind the counter at 2 different locations, set me up with a piece im gonna have for a long time. Really helpful, had a build goin for me quick and easy, knowledgable, in-depth explanations, Man, whoever is reading this, if you are wondering about whether or not you should go to this store, go to this store. I left a 20% tip because I didn't see the option to give him more, and give em 5 stars because i couldn't give em 6

Outstanding customer service! I stopped by to see if they carried replacement coils (unfortunately they didn't have any for my specific setup *in stock) however, Sierra went above and beyond by rebuilding my prebuilt deck. I highly recommend checking out this location if your in the area! Quality products and reasonable prices!

The guys in there are extremely helpful and patient. My husband took about 1.5 hours of their time today asking questions. They had answers for everyone of them and explained everything to him. Then they even helped him set up his new vape and made sure he understood everything. Highly recommend them to anyone.
