MCO is the best delta-8 THC & CBD dispensary I've been to. All of the products are wonderful, and there's so many different things to choose from. Plus, everything is 3rd-party lab tested, so you can rest assured that what is on the label is actually what is in the product. Furthermore, the staff consists of some pretty great human beings. They truly care about their customers and employees here. 10/10. 5 stars. I seriously have nothing negative to say about this place.

This place is great and the people are awesome but if you work a big boy/girl job then don’t expect to be able to pick up your order after a work day. A pickup box would be a great idea a pick up box that has a code lock on it and when you purchase something you get a onetime use code to open the box to get your order after hours. Instead I have to look through the window at my order on the shelf not being able to get it lol truly heartbreaking 😞

I absolutely love MCO! All the staff are incredibly knowledgeable and will work with you to find out what product recommendations would work best. I once bought a lower quality vape pen and it broke within a week. I disappointingly went to go buy the same thing again and spoke with a staff member who recommended to buy a different vape. I was a little apprehensive because of the size (it was larger than what I normal like with the thin pens) but I went with the recommendation and not only have I had no issues in 2 years but I also rarely have to charge it (I’m talking once every 6 months). They even told me to bring in my broken one in order to get some store credit on something else. Incredible costumer service !!!

I needed a local spot to buy THC products and Magic City Organics was the first to pop up during my search. I did a bit of reading through the reviews and was instantly excited, I don't think there's a single negative thing said about this place and it's well founded. While I haven't had the chance to venture out and visit in person due to Covid, the online experience has definitely been nothing short of wonderful! I absolutely love their local delivery service and the wide range of products to choose from. I'm already hyping it up and telling my friends and fam to check it out 😂

Excellent customer service! Always available to answer questions (even after hours) and very knowledgeable. When I made mistakes in my order, they accommodated me and even threw in items for my inconvenience (even though I’m the one that made the error because I was new at ordering).
