Mark and (Wesley) I believe, made sure to get me and my buddy taken care of. Driving cross country I enjoy finding shops like this. They had everything that you'd need to fulfill your tobacco and herbal needs. Plus a Ray-Gun blowtorch, what's better then that? Definitely one I'll be sure to hit up everytime I'm near Cheyenne! Writing this review for both these sites. They have a wonderful collection of flavors and equipment with some flavors you can't get at other places. But, the big reason why I will only shop Black Market Vapes is the employees. They are some of the coolest, knowledgeable, and professional employees I had ever had to deal with. When you are there they will answer any and all questions never appearing to be annoyed. They love where they work and it shows in customer service. I always ask for there recommendations on flavors. When they show me one I had already they find another good flavor for me to have. Sorry for the long review but I hope the Boss realizes that they are doing a great job with the business and on there hiring process.

Every single member of the staff (that I have interacted with) cares soooo much about their customers. They are always willing to answer any of your questions, (no matter how silly you may think they are) and help you find the perfect product for you. Whatever that may be!

I have never once had a bad experience here. These people are so amazing, genuine, and kind! Do yourself a favor and check out their shops!! 10/5 stars)

I love this store, they're staff is always friendly with smiles on and know about the products they sale. I really dislike going where they don't know anything about what they're selling so you can't ask them anything. Also if something is wrong with what you get. " because let's face it electronics don't always work the why they should".... lol they do they're best to make it right. Love that about this store.! 100% would recommend them to anyone. Oh and they're selection on glass work is amazing too at both locations!. But don't take my word for it... go check them out and see for yourself, both stores are great.!.

Wesley and Mark were super chill and knowledgeable about the products they sell. I almost always go to them for juice and the like. I purchased a battery from them as well a while back, and it's still going strong. 5/5 would recommend to friends.

My first time coming into this store. They have a large selection and friendly atmosphere. We didn’t really know what we wanted but Mark was very helpful. Will definitely come back and recommend this store to our friends.

I went in as a normal trip and I spoke to nick the very first time. He stuck up a conversation and made me feel like I was a VIP customer. He did the same exact thing for the people in front of me too. I’ve talked with a good majority of the employees and they have had only top notch customer service. From new to the usuals, every single employee has and will go above and beyond. They always have the answer to any question I have or anyone that’s in the store.

Nick was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I will make this my preferred place to shop. I am very picky about what what I want and he was patient about explaining my options and what he recommended. Would highly recommend shopping here! Go see Nick!
