Customer service is very lacking! If you have any questions about products it always seems like such an inconvenience to them to answer your question. There are many other vape shops in town with great customer service so highly recommend using literally any other one but straight lines. They have lost my business for good!

9-7-2022 Customer Service Review ...
Purchased two 30ml bottles of juice yesterday.
Requested non - nicotine (0mg). Got home and realized the guy gave me 2 bottles with 3mg nicotine. I called the guy at 4:55pm and was pretty angry about the deal because I am trying to quit smoking and did not want any nicotine in the juice.. I live 2 1/2 hours from Casper, so it wasn't feasible to drive back just to exchange to the 0mg bottles, and they can no longer ship out any vape products by law. The guy said there was nothing he could do. Well, to my surprise, I received an email receipt at 5:04pm with a refund on my purchase. The guy didn't have to do that, but it was the right thing to do. I sent a text to the store and thanked him for the refund. Will purchase more juice from them on my once per year trip to Casper.

Wow! After watching a family work hard and very knowledgeable for years. This company has no respect for their employees that were so dedicated. Overnight they shut down the location in Cheyenne. Which is even more disappointing to the customers. Obviously no respect was considered for the employees or their valuable customers. Just wait Casper employees and customers you’re next!

Staff was nice and friendly but not so helpful. I wanted to try a new flavor but they don’t have samples. They were out of the juice I wanted but didn’t even offer to order some. Ended up having to buy 60Ml of a flavor I had never had before. I usually buy a 80/20 mix, they didn’t offer any with that mix. Only a couple flavors were in smaller bottles. Prices were on the high side for a premixed, factory packaged juice store. So yeah, staff was nice, the place looked clean but not so much on the helpfulness. Other stores in town will bend over backwards to make a customer happy.
