I’m writing a review on this place to share my experience working with this place and to let others know how the owner treats people. I’ll start at the beginning. When the owner decided she was going to start a business I did everything I could to help her including getting her logo made, making all the labels for her white label products she ordered, making a ton of merch at my cost (no profit for me), decking out her truck with business decals, helping her make business cards, spreading the word and stocking her store with my own crafts. Crafts she requested that can’t exactly be sold else where. So I’m just out that money. I spent an entire summer plus some with my newborn in toe helping her. The deal was she only took 20% commission from the sales on my crafts since I spent so much time and my own money helping her and didn’t take a profit from her. Fast forward one year. While I was out of town she started taking 40% commission from me without my knowledge or approval. When I realized it I confront her, she admitted her mistake but said it’s staying that way from that point on. Obviously I pulled all my things and start doing inventory. The numbers didn’t add up and two of my more expensive pieces were broken. Pieces I had asked about before because they were not on the shelves. I was told I must have missed them when in reality they had them hiding broken behind the sales desk. Her husband admitted fault on the store, saying they had them outside on a display and it was a windy day so they hit the sidewalk. He said they would pay for the damaged merchandise but it has now been months of silence from them without payment. The fault is on me for trusting a person I knew not to trust but I just wanted to give other local crafters a heads up that this isn’t the best place to sell your handmade products. If you do sell your stuff here I’d say keep a super detailed inventory and make sure things line up every single month. Physically go there and do inventory every month. I would also advice customers that are interested in a crafters stuff in this store to go directly to the crafter to purchase since the store takes 40% off the top. The owner takes advantage of people, including her own employees who worked for free for almost a year. She talks about everyone she knows while hiding behind the word of god. It’s gross. There’s much, much more that could be said but I’ll leave it at that. I’m all for supporting small business but this one is a disaster.

I ordered the Pet Drops for my 11.5 year old pug. He’s got arthritis on his spine in two places. He’d been on gabapentin and previcox for a year and was steadily declining so I eased him off that and starting giving him CBD. Best decision I’ve ever made!
The staff at Serenity Island gifts are fantastic. They’re friendly, knowledgeable, and I received my order very quickly.
I highly recommend them!!!!
