Decent budtenders and product, garbage management. The shop is run by immature and inexperienced children, especially the GM. They love to fire people with little to no reason, and when asked why they just say "Washington is an at will state". So yeah, if any of the customers who came to me regularly see this, go elsewhere. There's better shops with more varied selection. I'd give 0 stars if I could.

Horrible business, bad service. Bought lemon cake cartridge today as shown online. Was given lemon cake wax. I have no use for it.Didn't know until I got home, returned to the store to be told they can't do anything about it.
Hasn't been the first time, or second, time this has happened.
Routine issues are lying about thc values, and giving you what they want when ordering for a pickup.
I use to refer people to this place, not anymore after today. And no longer will be shopping there myself.

Piece of Mind is by far the BEST Cannabis store. The staff is AWESOME!! They are always ready to help, and their recommendations are spot on. They are a medical marijuana store which is great because my family suffers from various medical conditions, and their expertise, kindness, understanding, knowledge, and caring nature of Mickey and Bo are so helpful in alleviating their pain. Samryn, Shelby and Michael are also patient and attentive to whatever strains we need. I absolutely LOVE Piece of Mind not only for their selection of products but the excellent customer service skills of Mickey, Bo, Samryn, Michael, Erin and Shelby

Yo, I can not stress enough the chill and completely calming energy of this shop. Super stress free browsing was allowed, and believe me I like to look around and space out on the cool glass. I felt welcomed the second I walked in and the store clerk Logan was totally ready to assist me with any and all of my questions and inquiries. Props to y’all up there on the hill!!

Don't ask no BUDTENDER EVER What the best stuff they have in their store. ALWAYS HIGHLY DISSATISFIED. SKORD IS THE ONLY DANK TRUE TOP SHELF!!! I am a grower an have personal friends that own tier 3 grow ops in Spokane we know who the best player in town is👍 to SKORD Divine Kush Breath Dirty Dounuts some the best stuff u will come accross in your life! Find out yourself!

Good location, handicap accessible, friendly staff, clean sanitized environment, plenty of walking standing room, if your in the Spokane Washington area don't hesitate to stop in peace of mind dispensary. The pre rolls from stone age are top shelf with infused; you can't go wrong my friend !

I have been coming in for a long time. Had very pleasant experiences most of the time and even got to know several bud tenders and would chit chat when possible. A newer bud tender (overweight dude) gave me the wrong item I asked for and he kept saying it was. Wouldn't check even though I told him I got it the other day. Btw I was getting a curbside pickup. The product he gave was terrible. I went in to trade it for what I wanted a couple days later. They refused to trade the item of same value and type. The "manager" said it was policy. She said it that she couldn't trade it because it would mess up the inventory. Terrible lie and showed she is lazy. I've been and currently am a manager at a retail shop. A simple inventory change is not difficult. Unwilling to correct a mistake, that they caused, over a $2 dollar item is pathetic. You have competition directly across the street. To treat a loyal and well tipping customer is inexcusable. This store needs to clean house and get well informed staff. Not the apathetic and inconvenienced people they currently have. To be fair, half the staff is good. Truly disappointed and frustrated. Also having other bud tenders chime in sarcastically and obnoxiously doesn't help.

This is the most wonderful atmosphere I've ever been in! They were awesome and knew exactly what I wanted.

This is my go-to spot. Great selection and fantastic staff! Shelby is awesome, give that girl a raise! :)

Worst possible customer service ever. The selection is not worth the rude budtenders and terrible service. Won't even go to the other locations now.
