I love love love this place! I go in there a lot sometimes just to ask questions about different CBD things. This was the only place that had not only awesome products but very knowledgeable about what they are selling! I bought some CBD edibles & they work very well for my pain. Don’t know what I would do with out them! Thank you goodness I found this place!

Donald the salesperson was super knowledgeable about the products. He also asked if I hurt anywhere because they offer free samples. Personally he had me at free but in all seriousness the drop he gave for me to apply on my shoulder was totally out of this world. It took minutes for me to feel that I was able to move my shoulder with no pain. It was magic! I love the fact that it is a miracle healing lotion in my opinion. This stuff really works!!!

Had such a great experience at American Shaman upon my first ever visit to a CBD store. Aubrey took the time to share he knowledge on CBD and really allowed me to understand what I was buying. She even allowed me to sample it first so she could explain how the process works. A great small, local business that I highly recommend and very much so due to the great customer service! they have water soluble products that are absolutely the best product for the price and amount. they are absorbed by your body 10x better than the oils you’re used to. they were so informative and gave me all the facts and options and were very focused on my specific reason for needing the cbd. very helpful and i will be back! highly recommend, they allow 18 year olds to purchase, unlike some other places

EDIT!!!! I decided to go back after talking to the Owner. He was genuinely sorry about what happened. We talked for a while and he made it right with me! The product is top notch quality! Local business owners like him we should definitely support and keep around for our tri-city community!
Bad Customer service. I don't mind waiting my turn on the couch while the worker is helping a customer (15 minutes) then when a customer walks in and starts helping them out over me. I just walked out! I knew what I wanted to buy and leave but the worker rather talk then sell. Not going back even though I rather support local businesses

This business now has me as a loyal customer. Every time I have gone they have been kind and informative. One night I we ran out and I rushed over only to arrive and they had already closed. My daughter uses it for chronic pain.
They unlocked the door and opened the till just for me!
