No need to write paragraphs upon paragraphs of how amazing this shop is, go in and see for your self! Ask for Ash, she's kind, knowledgeable and always happy to answer my questions!!! Her smile (even under the mask) and bubbly tone are always apparent and make you feel at ease with your purchase big or small!! There was a grinder I had my eye that she special ordered for me and got to me a week earlier than expected, it was a happy surprise to get her call that it was ready!! 5 out of 5 stars all day long!!!

First off, wow!

I walked into this shop not really looking for anything in particular. I was drawn in by the glass work in the window. If I was going to walk away with anything I was thinking it would be a small item.

Madison greeted us on our way in and asked if she could help with anything. We explained we were pretty much just walking in for a glance. However, I did compliment the glass work. She proceeded to give us a little bit more knowledge on the pieces in the shop, but wait, then she told us MORE. This young lady then later showed us not only was she nice and knowledgeable but personable. Yes!!!

As she gave us some space and time to look at the things she brought out for us a little closer, more customers came in. She took care of each of them in the same fashion she had taken care of us. I was delighted.

Alas, a shop that provides great customer service. I believe we have all at some point or another walked into an establishment that was quick to put you on the spot and ask what do you want and then coldly leave you if you had nothing in mind.

Madison provided me with a relaxed shopping experience that made me feel very comfortable. It was also refreshing to not feel pressured into making a purchase. Thank you girl if you're reading this. I will definitely be dropping in again 😁

I've visited this location once recently to get a back-up glass pipe as well as some glass cleaner. The glass piece that I purchased was approximately $35 which seems a bit expensive. I've bought some very good quality pipes with awesome designs for about $25. While the design I got on the piece I purchased is awesome I have some issues with the craftsmanship in terms of the glass. I have my doubts that it will be as durable as my old pipe. As a general statement for their glass pipes, it seems like there wasn't much variety. All of them seemed to have the same relative shape with a tiny hole for the carburetor as well as inside the bowl. As for the glass cleaner I paid about $12 for it and it worked wonderfully. The customer service was great and the employee immediately attended to all my needs. I would definitely return again

Cassandra is a customer service rep with a terrible attitude thatrthat soured the experience for me. I normally have a great shopping experience here only to be told TWICE after touching the display case that it was locked. It was very strange. She also got a "tone" when I asked her to confirm the price tag said $65 (the price tag is very small and incredibly hard to read and on the underside) It really gave me the vibe my business wasn't wanted or that I needed to prove my ability to purchase. I kinda HAVE to touch the display to peek at the price the way it's positioned so I'm not sure why I needed to be told more than once the display is locked....maybe offer to show me the item if you see me struggling. Very uncomfortable shopping experience.

The team here is fantastic Ash is incredibly knowledgeable and Amber while new knows what she's doing for sure! Everybody who works here wants to help and wishes you the best. Having evergreen next door makes for a perfect pair. Yeah the glass is a little more expensive but the expertise is worth it.

Always super helpful people and great customer service. Would definitely recommend coming here for Kratom or cbd products as this is what I've gotten in the past and will continue to get.
They also offer a rewards program that just needs a phone number, and you'll earn points to get 25 dollar off your next purchase. Definitely worth joining if your shopping here often!
