Nice staff. I've never had a problem. I generally don't shop here much because avail has expensive liquid in small quantity and I prefer 120ml bottles but they do have some of the best prices on vape equipment and mods with some of the best looking stores and testing displays. The stores very clean.

The associates are always knowledgeable and friendly.
The juice is a bit more expensive, but it is quality.
The prices on their tanks and mods are the cheapest I've found in a store.

I have been going to this location now for 3 years. The manager, Aden, makes sure my shopping experience is great. She is very knowledgeable, answers any questions I have and is always upbeat. She is one of the reasons I like shopping there instead of those Avail Vapors.
I wish avail would bring back the $10 off coupons for juice.

Been here 7 or 8 times now and I have to say they are probably the best Vape store I've been to, and I've been to many ACROSS the country. The customer service, pricing and variety Is great! They offer a 15% military discount on everything which is awesome. My guess is that any negative review with only from local competitors.
