I have been a loyal customer to this place for over a year and a half and have referred several people both within and outside of family. I wanted to give my business to a local shop but not after the way Bill, the owner, treated my 74 year old mother today.
We noticed a difference in efficacy in the recent strains he's been selling so I tested it against an older bag that a family member had purchased. Sure enough, I got the old effects from it. My mother went down there today to discuss it with Sherry (who we love) about it but Bill rudely intervened, lost his temper, accused her of not taking enough and called my mother a b*** and told her to get out!! How can you treat ANYONE that way let alone loyal customers! He lost not only our business but everyone I've referred to him. I'm sad I won't be seeing Sherry anymore but hopefully she'll one day find a nicer man to work for.

Outstanding establishment!!! Far superior to anything I have found in several years of sifting through online vendors and at a really good price. Obviously way better than any tobacco store in quality and quantity. The gentleman I spoke with was extremely polite and knowledgeable. I asked some very difficult questions and got answers far beyond my expectations. This is my new go to. I could not be happier.

Great products and great customer service! I have no need to go anywhere else for Kratom products. The owner is very responsive to messages. There are so many options to choose from: Powder in different quantities, capsules, extract, and other non-Kratom products as well.

I have been struggling with chronic stomach pains for several years and their kratom has helped soooo much to relieve my pain. It has also helped a ton with my depression and anxiety!! The people working there are super friendly and helpful!! Highly recommend!!

This is a fantastic place I've dealt with pain for 8+ years and, it is still on and off but with taking the Kratom has been a godsend my pain is much much less than it has been in a long time I am grateful to come across this place and, the owner and staff there are amazing in both knowledge and kindness. If you're looking for a natural alternative to help your pain and to give you that energy and focus that you are missing this is the place to go for sure. I would give it more stars if I could. As well his prices are very reasonable. They have gotten more outstanding amazing herbal remedies from them to now I am sure if you are looking for something natural this is the place.

I moved to Fredericksburg several months ago...I’d been using an online company that kept being out of strains, and sometimes I’d have to hit a headshop (ugh and $$$).

Then I found In the Weeds apothecary! Only herbal medicines, from cbd to kratom to essential oils...I have to agree with another reviewer, “5 stars are not enough”. Not only do they know their Kratom and are very friendly, I haven’t had a single bad batch. I’ve tried...9-10 different strains: all were great.

Let me just say: I am glad I found this place. Great products, the pricing is completely comparable (or cheaper!), than online: just without the shipping. Quality, extremely fine milled...fantastic.

Do yourself a favor if you are in Fredericksburg and check it out.

5 stars are not enough to give to this place. I met Bill a couple of years ago and my life was changed. He always has the products that I know work for me and he can get them fast if need be. The knowledge and friendliness, are beyond what you would see any place else. This is the model business and is how I wish all other businesses operated. There is never a sense that I am taking up too much time. Ive had long conversations with Bill about what he might recommend for this or that. He seems glad to talk about it all and never makes me feel like I am bothering him. I look forward to picking up my next order to see how they are both doing. Thank you In the weeds.

If you want to shop in a discreet location with quality products, this is the place for you. I don't like going into the usual smoke shops that carry a million different products and brands of items that I'm not interested in. This is a quiet place with kratom and cbd products where they are happy to discuss your individual needs. They also give a military discount!

It's so great to deal with such knowledgeable and helpful people. All of the kratom that I have tried thus far has been a life saver for releaving my pain and has given me energy I haven't had in years!!
