This is a well run store with knowledgeable and kind staff. We visited the store just after the grand opening and the line was long but fast moving. They had pre rolled joints, glass smoking apparatus, edibles including de-stress, sleep aid, etc. I would HIGHly recommend this store to anyone in the burlington area. The prices were actually more modest than we anticipated and we believe we got good value out of what we paid for.

I've been working with Ceres for years and I already know I will not go elsewhere for support. The main reason is quality, which is always excellent. And that rating is a reflection of their knowledge and expertise. Another reason is how pleasant and friendly staff is (which matters a lot to me). My only beef with them is the frequent changes in methods and rules. However, none of those have been detrimental - just annoying. Otherwise, Ceres is the best outlet and I will remain their client.

Clean store, knowledgeable and friendly staff, accessibility is a plus. However, the products are just okay quality and prices are expensive. The oils have questionable burn life. The disposable puffers last about 2 days for stoners. They do not bulk sell flowers so the store seems to focus on sales towards first time or the occasional smoker. This is obvious when you see the grinder, paper, and glass prices.

This staff is terrific: always friendly, efficient, welcoming and helpful. The products are good, too, although I hope to see more options for edibles in lower indica doses as the market expands. Overall, my experiences with Ceres Dispensary have been nothing but positive during the last four years.

Always excellent service. I wouldn't mind olive oil, brownies, and more healthful options such as infused flaxseed? Love the cheese nibs! Perhaps lighter colored tincture bottles so one can see how much is left.

I absolutely LOVE Ceres in Burlington, the store is so well run and the people are all so educated and always a smile on there faces... I cannot say enough about the staff, they make the experience so good because they want the customer to be satisfied and they put the attention into doing it.... The time they spend with each person is amazing, they take time out and don't rush you out of the store... Love, Love, Love, Ceres!!!!!!

A modern and professional space with lovely displays. The staff are knowledgeable about the strains, were very helpful with meeting my specific requests. I hope to see a broader range of product in the future, as this is a spot with tons of potential.

Products and selections are hit and miss. I enjoy growing my own especially since the products here at Ceres are normally dried out and so expensive plus, there is no opportunity to buy more than 7 grams at a time. Some of us live in rural areas and driving into So. Burlington on a regular basis to buy medicine is tough, especially when Ceres does not deliver to the area where I live. This gets very inconvenient and expensive for medicine. Ceres has not had any clones available for purchase for several months now. Every once in a while they might get a few in on random Wednesdays and they get bought up very quickly. I have tried calling and trying to prepay to reserve clones and all I get is a person that doesn't seem to care much about customer service by not making any attempt to help fix the situation.
I know that growing and cloning takes time but when you have the same medical patient contacting you weekly for more than two months and as a retailer you are unwilling to contact the grower/growers to increase volume on the products that are in demand then as a medical patient I have needed to go elsewhere to get my medicine. If this business practice doesn't get any better then there will be no point in renewing my medical card. Especially since there are dispensaries in most towns now.

Staff are great here. Super friendly and always helpful. 5 stars normally but they were not fully stocked and didn't have a product i wanted, hence 4 stars.

Purchased two different eights today and weighed the contents before smoking. Both were under 3.5 grams (3.4g and 3.45g)
I’m supremely disappointed to be shorted on such an expensive good. Will not be recommending to friends. I also tried to use my welcome/loyalty discount and was told that discounts could not stack. This was not made clear on any of the in-person or website messaging.
Finally, I signed up for the loyalty program a few days ago and was sent an invitation to leave a review before I’d ever even made a purchase. I want to support my local shop but the customer service and quality must improve.
