Good store but no chill about returns. The ultra bar disposable I bought malfunctioned within a day of purchase and I was told I couldn't swap it for another even with receipt. Said they didn't know what I had done to it. I used for a day is all I did to it...

This is the worst vape shop I have ever been to I got a glass tank from them yesterday. I was unsure If it would fit my mod so I asked if it didn’t fit if I could bring it back and they assured me I would get store credit. When I went home it didn’t fit. We attempted to take it back to Vapor works and the same employee was there. He refused to give store credit and he said they didn’t have that size. We asked for his name and he refused and asked for a managers name and refused as well. The employee started to get upset and then accused me of being under the influence. We finally got his name “Billy” he goes by. This was by far the worst experience of my life dealing with a vape.!!! Now I know why it’s always empty in that store I RECOMMEND Cloud 9 !!! It’s only down the street they are packed but worth the wait

Great place, great people. They were able to help me find a very nice vape in order to help me quit smoking, it has been largely successful. They have a LARGE variety of flavors to choose from, samples for some flavors are available as well to help you choose what flavor you would like, they only allow you to smell it and drip a tiny bit on your finger for a sample so keep that in mind.

I just moved here. None of the businesses in St. George carried the coil for my vape. So I had to get a new one.
I bought a vape here about 1.5 months ago. They have been sold out of the pods for the vape they recommended and sold me 2/4 times I’ve been here. The guys are cool and I feel bad that I’ve left disappointed and frustrated half of the times I’ve been here.
I’m just not sure why you would recommend a product and then never have the supplies in stock for that product? If you are consistently out of the product, buy in larger quantities and set your threshold for replacing stock higher.
I now own a $50~ vape, that they told me to buy, that I can’t use?
Their solution: try Cedar City or Mesquite. 🙄
So now I’m off to buy a vape at another shop. Maybe between 2 shops, and 2 different vaping products, I’ll be able to get get what I need.

I quit smoking and have been to many other vape shops. The biggest difference is they carry ONLY premium juice and the best mods available. They dont try to get you to buy anything you dont need also..low pressure and a very knowledgeable staff. I'm also a veteran and they offer a veteran discount wich really surprised me. They thank me for my service every time I go there. In turn I thank them for their's. Love this shop!

I go to This location probably once a week and it is always a wonderful experience. Everyone working is extremely helpful and an absolute pleasure. They have given me helpful advice and killer products if I could give them ten stars I would. Vapor works is hands down the best vape shop in town. Everyone of there staff are so helpful and kind. There points system is awesome every 200 points you get $10.00 off your purchase. They have this really cool game there doing as well where if you spend $100 dollars in one purchase and you roll a dice and can win shirts,hats,juice,tanks,boxes. If you have never been to vapor works walk in you'll see how amazing these staff truly are..
