I don't usually leave one star reviews but I bought a coil and a tank along with some frutia banana ice for my Smok Thallo(which I've used these exact tanks and juice for over a year now) and the tanks kept disintegrating into pieces. I went back and got a new tank and it did the same thing, so I got a different tank with a different coil and it did the same thing. I then came back into the store two days later and bought a different pod for a different vape and the same thing happened to that one. I went back to mojo's to tell them the juice they sold me was doing this to my vapes, after over $40 spent they told me they don't do refunds. One of my vapes broke trying to get the magnet from the tank that stuck to it, thought the least they could do is switch the bottles but the lady there was very Stern about no refunds. Definitely don't recommend this place for vape necessities. Definitely leaving a complaint with the BBB.

Lady gave a massive attitude over exchanging a product that never worked. I could understand if it worked and quit working, contact a manufacturer. Though she was doing me a favor exchanging a broken product, anybody else would have told me no, she said. I won't be returning.
I can buy my products at the local bloc pharmacy. They are much nicer. Also glassware can be found at Shivwitts Gas station and save on gas at the same time just an fyi.
She asked if her employee checked to see if it worked before she sold it to me, I told her no not that I saw. She didn't wait for me to give her a time said employee was working so she could make sure that specific employee knows to check. Hopefully she makes sure all employees know to check, if they are not going to exchange faulty products. I didn't even ask for a refund when in fact I should have from a poor customer service experience
Owner's response is hilarious. I have a photo of my purchase as a receipt from mojo's and I told her I could give her the time exactly that I went into her shop she would know exactly who is working she didn't give me the time of day to find it. So she could address the employee that sold me the fault battery

But plenty of people who will no longer frequent mojos because word of mouth. Get some training for yourself and your employees lady

I have purchased a cookies battery from this place and a digital scale on separate occasions. The battery wouldn't charge and the scale wasn't giving the correct weights after they calibrated the thing twice. The place has a no return policy so the money was wastedπAwesome. I wouldn't recommend!

Been buying my Kratom and other random things at least 2-4 times a week and theyβve become like family with the originals that have moved on and make way for the next employee to join.
Seems to me like when someone gets a job here, it is for a long time which just confirms itβs a great place!
Also a joy to drop in but donβt forget your Drivers License. Utah Law REALLY gets enforced here as it should!

This is the worst smoke shop Iβve ever been to with probably the cheapest quality products available, they not only overprice their wraps and cones but I was also sold a banger for a rig that practically shattered when it was set down. Along with a torch that was out of fuel after about three uses. Would not waste my money here.

Holy smokes these are some of the rudest people I've EVER met. The two older ladies that look like sisters, run that shop with no love for their customers, their questions, or the gear they sell. I get that the two "ladies" are probably LDS and hate cannabis and tobacco ... and the people that shop there by extension. While consumption of these substances may rub their bible and philosophy the wrong way, there's no excuse for their mean attitude towards their clientele. My quick experience went like this: I went in to buy some butane at the shop. I noticed that there was no notation on the can as to how many times the butane was refined: 5X, 7X, etc. As such, I asked the lady whose JOB it is to help. Only wanting 7X, but not seeing any markings on the can...I opted for one can. Once the lady handed my stuff to other lady behind the cash register, she asked if I wanted to get their BOGO (Buy One Get One) deal. Unaware that the can of butane had a BOGO deal, I told the lady behind the cash register that I guess I had upset her co-worker -- as I was NOT informed there was a BOGO deal on the butane. In response, the cashier told me that my second can of butane was no longer an option!!!
Bottom line is this, I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!

So I have been 21 for about a month now and this one lady that works there was very rude the one with blond hair....I went there on my birthday and it was my first time ever going into a smoke shop and she was rushing me out and just yesterday my ID got scanned 3 different times and somehow the scanners are saying my ID is fake like iam gonna wait until iam 21 to get a fake ID...if the owner of this place reads this review you need to work on your customer service and your scanners I had to walk 3miles to ur shop just to get denied and just hit a burnt vape all the way home...cloud9 is way better then u guys I may have to walk like 12miles round trip but atleast I know I'll get what I want

Mojo's is definitely the best vape shop in the entire area. They have a large selection with CONSISTENT stock in coils n juices. Plus everyone that works there is friendly n chill, I love that! Always my go to place when I need to restock β¨

customer service is great for the most part, but I think you guys need to slow down. I usually get my order right but this time when I went to use my juice but turns out I was given the wrong one. First I was given the 2 bottles of 6mg when I asked for a 3mg iced then I corrected it and was given the juice in a 3mg but it was not iced. The associate said they were in the wrong spot as I was paying...I don't feel that its my job to have to check, I should be able to trust you guys. I am a regular here, however when I came back to see if an exchange was possible on the unopened items I was told no a and this is not the first time it has happened.
Please improve, organize the shelves differently or repeat the order at checkout as an implemented change, thank you.

Me and my friend both bought disposables here, and within an hour they taste burnt, pretty sad to see them keeping lower quality stock. I recommend going anywhere else but here.
Edit: to whomever replied, saying "we carry the same products as everyone else" doesn't negate that fact that you're selling low quality products at high prices, good on you for completely avoiding responsibility. Again DO NOT SHOP HERE. as you can see they will sell you bad products and claim "well everyone else is doing it too" how professional.
