I went to this store , and i asked what their best products were. A young lady recommended me a cookie product and gummies. after getting home and opening the cookies vape it wasn't working at all. I charged it for 30 minutes and still nothing. I came the store to inform them that it wasn't working and i would like to exchange it. She advised me that it's on the door that is the product isn't opened before leaving the store, then no refund ..... i don't know if this is on the the door or not. But wasted 20 plus on this and for nothing, it doesn't work. After she recommended the flavor and type. Almost felt like a scam. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

Thank you for your response, I can’t figure out how to respond, so I’m editing. It was because I didn’t like the flavor, it was because it was soured or something. I was trying to exchange it for another one of the SAME flavor. Your employee was just too rude to listen. If I go to the grocery store and buy soured milk, are they gonna tell me, sorry it’s not our problem that you don’t like the taste? I’ll be more than happy to discuss this over the phone or email, but I feel o was sold a defective product.
