First off when I got there there was a sign near the door that said “closed” when the hours indicated that it should be open. I arrived to the store today December the 21st at 12:55pm and as I approached the front door I saw a young female African American woman get up reluctantly and angrily and unlocked the front door as she uttered something aggressively under her breath and walked to the store counter and kept repeatedly saying “ can I help you with something “ in a rude way and I responded saying that I was just looking around but she continued to repeat those words “ anything I can help you with?” And she stared at me angrily the whole time and made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome to be there. So because of her attitude I told her never mind and left the store in an uncomfortable manner, I didn’t want to get upset with her and snap and her unnecessary and disrespectful attitude so I just left and don’t want to return again.

Shantell was very unprofessional i left store feeling unwelcomed and never received receipt when i called back to ask about it she hung up on me will not be going back please provide her with training.

I visited this shop on Saturday and was greeted immediately. The sales rep was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient in explaining the different products. She even offered free samples. Apparently the store is under new management. Overall, great customer service!

I strongly urge you to stop by and stock up on all of your CBD goodies. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable of what works for you. Each person has a different need and they will custom build your order based off of your needs. I will definitely recommend American Shaman Pearland to my family and friends.

Drove 15 min out of my way to stop by on my way home, but despite being there 25 minutes before the posted closing hours, no one was there - lights off and no note on the door as to why?

This location is so much better under the new ownership & management. They are helpful, courteous & very knowledgeable about the products. And the prIces are great. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a memorable experience!

Went in to purchase a bottle of the CBD Oil in Tropical Punch and the owner informed me they do not make that flavor. I said well I have purchased it before at a store in Huntsville and it was American Sharman Store. Then all he could say was he would look into it but that they were not going to order in more product for awhile because their sales have been down. I asked if I could order online but from what I can tell you have to purchase from one of the franchise stores. So I have to go to another store further from home to purchase the product I want. The Owner just is not helpful.

American Shaman is a blessing to me. Robert is knowledgeable in every aspect of the CBD American Shaman products. I have tried several CBD companies online and locally but Shaman is far superior in results as well as more affordable than most for such a quality product. I have taken anxiety meds for over 25 years and after taking my Cloud tincture for just one day no anxiety. Chronic pain and arthritis amazingly better or otherwise I could hardly get out of bed.
