Bought a water pipe went straight home to try it out(live 10 minutes away) the pipe was damaged it was leaking water. Called immediately see what could be done and they told me due to COVID they couldn’t exchange it. Proceeded to tell him I had not used it that I had just prepared it for use. I was still told no refunds. Pretty ridiculous considering I had just purchased it. Lost a loyal customer. I didn’t necessarily want a refund just and exchange.

I walk in to a store on this evening, and the employee decides to go political on me because of a sticker he saw in my wallet. Now this is for the manager of this store: It really shouldn't matter to the employee working there what I'm wearing or what I decide to support. I felt judged, and incredibly uncomfortable. The only reason why I didn't continue arguing with the IGNORANT employee is because there were customers there, and as a business owner myself, I know better than to make others uncomfortable. Never in a million years I would of thought that I'd be judged or lectured at a smoke shop.
