Green Herbal Care CBD & Delta-8 THC

I just started coming to this location not too long ago but I’ve had the most pleasant experience every time. Allister is always so nice and helpful, and it’s always a plus that he seems to be very knowledgeable as well. I love how clean and well kept the store always is also. Very professional.

Allister was amazing i was on my wits end trying to find something legal to calm down. Allister knew just what to recommend and 3 mins after i tried it i was way better. Saved my day thank you so much for the excellent customer service!

Cool CBD products, they sell accessories such as rolling paper as well.

I came in looking for some prerolled D8 packs. An associate sold me a pack that said CBD on it. I was skeptical but he said it was just the packaging that was wrong but it's D8. Got around to the pack later that day and it was definitely just CBD. Looked it up on the manufacturer's website and it says it's just CBD.

I came back the day after where a different associate said the same thing that the packaging was just wrong but it's D8. Told me I was wrong and every preroll is different. To try another from the pack. These scammers sold me CBD instead of D8. I was going to buy online but wanted to purchase locally. They charge $10 more and lie about things like these. Safe to say I won't be back and nobody else should come here either when there are so many better, honest shops in Austin.

Was going there consistently and then got (3) Delta 8 cartridges that didn’t work right out of the package. They exchanged the first two without issue but the third time the sales rep tried to explain how I was doing it wrong. “Delta 8 is known for globbing up and not working, so you have to…..”

I know after time they tend to clog up but right out of the package?? She also took my cartridge (that didn’t work) and put it right back on the shelf…..

Will not be going back.

Wow, just unbelievably great all around. Their store is really clean, and the staff is really knowledgeable. The prices are fair for such great products. 10/10 will come back again.

A beautiful, clean store, wonderful products, AMAZING HELP HOLY HECK! I've been looking for a new, reliable CBD store to shop from, but never felt like I found one where the employees payed attention to my needs.

Here, I felt like I was listened to and I ended up with products that fit my needs, relieve my chronic pain, and just make me happy! Super grateful that this store exists!

I've been to quite a few cbd shops around Austin, and this is the first time I've been compelled to leave a review. My experience here has been the worst to date in a herb store. When I walked in it appeared that the clerk had just tested some d8 product while on the clock. I asked for cbd flower and was met with no discernable knowledge of the products except for where they were located. Then was charged double the price for low quality product. To boost the negative aspect of the experience there is a "no skateboarding" sign promptly in front of the store. Skating is my main green mode of transportation and I refuse to continue to be discriminated for it in 2021.
